still thinking about ur customized jinhao 82 pens... they're so beautiful... also read about the part where you kinda modified your diamine china blue ink with soap. if you mind, what kind of soap did you use for it? is it okay if hand soap was used or is there a specific one for fountain pens?

waa thank you so much!! I used regular dish soap (dawn is what i happened to have on hand) but i've heard of people using the liquid kind you put into a dishwasher too. technically any surfactant works, but hand soap has lotions and other extra stuff in it that you don't wanna put in there. so far it's worked really well, but there is a higher risk of ink going moldy when you add stuff in so just mix up a little sample vial rather than a whole bottle if you're gonna do any mixins ^_^
